2. What this site is

This site describes a product and invites enquiries. Everything on it is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Nothing here forms a contract, an offer, or a commitment to supply Girard to you. Submitting the access request form does not guarantee access.

3. Intellectual property

The name Girard, the text, design, layout, and graphics on this site belong to Girard, except for third-party typefaces used under their own licences. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, submit false or misleading information, submit anyone else's personal data without their permission, send automated or bulk submissions, or use the site in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.

5. Availability and accuracy

The site is provided as it stands. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
