02What Girard handles

Legal terms with owners and limits. Data processing, AI training, special caps, renewal notice, assignment, insurance, publicity, governing law and termination.
A data processing addendum. With the subprocessor annex, produced from the deal.
A redline drafted by AI. The owner signs off each change, and a person sends it.
Round-by-round compare. Each version the buyer sends, set against the last.

Owned asks, not markup. Each change the buyer wants gets its owner, limit and clock.
A playbook from your own contracts. Proposed from what you signed, approved by the owner, never applied automatically.
A most-favoured-pricing guard. It warns when a later quote would undercut a customer who holds that clause.
One risk budget per deal. Caps, indemnities and special caps added up, with an approval threshold on the total.
An outside-counsel package. Only the open changes, with precedent and fallbacks, and hours tracked per deal.
Low-risk paper inside a limit. Standard confidentiality agreements handled by an agent, only if you switch it on.
