Google API disclosure
How Girard handles Google user data.
Effective 7 October 2026 · Girard AI, Inc. · Part of our Privacy Policy
What we request
When you connect a Google account to Girard, we request only: your email address and basic profile (to identify you); permission to read your email and your calendar (to find the messages and meetings that belong to your open deals, so Girard can see a buyer's new request and prepare your briefs); permission to create drafts in your mailbox (so replies wait there for you to review); and permission to send email from your account (to send messages you have approved, or that your company's settings allow). We never ask for permission to delete your email.
How we store and use it
We store the access granted by Google encrypted, use it only to provide the features you turned on, and you can disconnect at any time in Girard or in your Google Account settings, after which we delete it.
What we never do
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general artificial intelligence models. People at Girard do not read your Google data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
Limited Use
Girard's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
