About

The room, present on every deal.

Girard is a multiplayer AI system for B2B Enterprise Deals, the commercial team a growing company can't yet afford to hire, staffed on every deal from the moment it opens.

Why we built this

Every real B2B deal runs into the same wall eventually: a redline needs a lawyer's read, a security questionnaire needs someone who knows the company's actual posture, a pricing exception needs finance sign-off, and a negotiation needs someone tracking every concession given so far. Below a certain size, a company has none of these people dedicated to deals, so the founder, the AE, or one overloaded generalist becomes all of them. Deals don't usually die on price. They die waiting in review.

Girard exists to close that gap without asking a company to hire five specialists before it can afford them, and without pretending an AI agent should be allowed to speak for the business. We think both of those failure modes are common, and both are avoidable.

How we think about it

You run your deals on Girard’s infrastructure: the specialists carry the groundwork so the work moves faster, and your people keep every decision that matters.

A specialist agent in legal, security, finance, negotiation, or inventory arrives already knowing its field, what an indemnity clause does, what a standard liability cap looks like, which questions on a security questionnaire actually matter. What it doesn't know on day one is your company: your pricing floor, your standard positions, the exceptions you've already granted and why. It learns that by working your actual deals, and every decision your people make becomes a rule the next specialist can cite, so the same question never has to be answered twice by a human who has better things to do.

That division of labor only works if authority stays where it belongs. Girard's specialists frame tradeoffs, surface the cost of a decision, and route it to whoever owns that call, they do not commit anything to a buyer, and they do not decide anything a human hasn't already ruled on or been asked to rule on directly. Four rules govern this without exception, and we publish them because we think you should be able to hold us to them: nothing is said without a named person's decision behind it; no agent commits anything to a buyer; decision authority is always human; every action is attributed and permanent. Where we are

Girard is in early access, working with a small number of design partners as we build out the specialist roster and the negotiation tooling. If your deals are getting stuck in review, or one overloaded person is the bottleneck on every pricing exception, we'd like to talk, see Contact or use the request access form on the homepage.
