The B2B Deal Skills Pack.
Six AI skills for the parts of an enterprise deal that sit still. No credit card, no trial clock.
Aimed at the waiting, not the selling.
Built for teams selling into enterprise buyers with or without a deal desk, a general counsel, or a security lead on payroll. These skills help you cut out internal waits and repetitive tasks.
Each skill runs standalone in Claude/Codex/Your agentic coding environment. Drop the folder in, ask in plain English, get a first draft you edit instead of write.
Aimed at fixing the waiting, not the selling.

Six skills. Each one covers a specific place deals sit still. Open any of them to read what it does.
Security Questionnaire Drafter
Turns a SIG, CAIQ, or a buyer's custom spreadsheet into a first pass of answers, drawn from the policy documents you already have. Every answer is tagged sourced, derived, or unanswered, so nothing plausible-sounding gets invented to fill a gap.
Redline Triage
Reads an inbound MSA or DPA redline and sorts every changed clause, with the reasoning and a specific counter-position for each. It also lists what was deleted rather than changed, which is where the expensive misses hide.
Deal Decisions One Pager
Takes the mess of past pricing, discount, and term decisions living in Slack threads and old email, and compresses it into one reference page your reps can actually read. Contradictions between decisions are surfaced rather than smoothed over.
Objection to Internal Ask
Converts a buyer's procurement or security objection into a structured internal request: what is being asked, what it would take to say yes, who owns the call, and the cost of doing nothing.
Escalation Drafter
Writes the internal escalation for an unresolved deal question: the blocker, the options, the cost of waiting, and a specific decision deadline. Includes the rewrite for when the first attempt goes unanswered.
Late Stage Gap Finder
Checks a near final contract against the terms that commonly get missed, then cross-checks every number against the order form, the DPA, and the proposal you already sent. Findings are ranked by what they cost to find later.
Installing it.
Three steps, and nothing to configure. The skills are folders of plain text.
- Download from GitHub Clone the repo or download the ZIP. Six skill folders, MIT licensed, no dependencies.
-
Add the skills
Drop a folder into your Claude skills directory, or upload it under Settings, Capabilities, Skills. For Claude Code, place it under
.claude/skills/in your repo. For Codex or other agentic environments, add the folder to your workspace and reference the system prompts directly in your agent configuration. - Ask in plain English "Triage this redline against our standard terms." The right skill picks itself up. No commands to memorize.
Who makes this.
Girard is a deal room for B2B companies selling into enterprise and regulated buyers. Seven AI specialists (commercial, product, legal, security, finance, negotiation, policy) work your live deals alongside your own people.
The difference from the free skills: every answer resolves to a real company policy or a named person's past decision, never a guess. When a question has no answer yet, it escalates to whoever owns it, gets a ruling, and the ruling is kept. Your company stops deciding the same thing twice.

Built for
20 to 150 person B2B software companies, sales led, with no deal desk, no in house counsel, and no security lead yet.
-
The problem it solves
Review time. Not persuasion time. The deal was already won on the call.
-
Where it sits
Between your reps and the internal people they keep interrupting.
